Shipping policy
At MC Studio Tas I’m more than happy to arrange shipping Tasmania-wide, Australia-wide and internationally.
Every timber piece is packaged carefully and securely to the best of my ability to help ensure it arrives safely. While damage during transport is unlikely, every shipment and situation is different. If any issues do arise, we can assess the damage together and work through a suitable solution.
I will always do my best to make sure transport and shipping is handled safely and professionally.
Local delivery & collection
If you’re based in Launceston, Tasmania, I’m very happy to organise:
- Local pickup/collection
- Personal delivery
- In some cases, installation assistance
I’m also open to travelling for deliveries and installs depending on the size of the project and location.
Large timber pieces & slabs
No matter the size, shape or quantity, I’ll always do my best to make shipping work for your Tasmanian timber piece.
Shipping costs are additional and are calculated based on:
- Size
- Weight
- Delivery location
- Freight requirements
All freight and shipping charges are directly on-charged at cost where possible.
